Our Team

Our team is composed of nearly 20 employees, including geologists, geophysicists, structural engineers, and geotechnical engineers. This range of expertise ensures the capability to efficiently handle diverse engineering projects. Several of our engineers hold PhDs in geotechnical and soil engineering, and as needs arise, we draw on the academic expertise of leading researchers in Israel and worldwide. Our engineering philosophy is to treat each project as unique, applying the most advanced tools and methods while relying both on decades of accumulated practical experience and on established engineering approaches as benchmarks for validation and control.
